Existed in about 800 years, the Ati-Atihan festival is considered as the largest spring festival which is colorful and really fun in the Philippines. In the 3rd week of January, the people of the Philippines will hold a festival in honor of the Nativity (called Santo Niño - the patron saint of the country). Festivity includes dances of the tribes, music and a parade on the streets and all the participants will be dressed in brightly colored ethnic clothes, paint the face with soot and parade around the town.

El Nido is the famous pristine beach because it has not only turquoise water, but also many bays, black marble cliffs, the colorful coral reefs, waterfalls, and the rich flora and fauna species. El Nido is situated at the end of the Palawan Island, away from the Manila capital about 420 km in distance. In 1996, El Nido was in the list of the most attractive destinations voted by the Times Magazine.

Banaue is a popular destination, which is famous not only in the Philippines but also throughout the world with 2,000-year-old terraced fields of Ifugao ethnic. This is one of the large fields recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site with an altitude of up to 1,700 meters above the sea level as well as the spectacular and majestic scenery.
5. The delicious taste of Halo Halo
Halo Halo is the name of a very popular dish in the Philippines. This dish is a mixture of flavors, colors, and composition of tropical fruit such as jackfruit, sapodilla, papaya, banana; legume species like red beans, green beans, white beans; yams, purple yams, corn starch mingled with cream. Each fruit is rated separately and added a layer of blend ice and a layer of condensed milk. When you eat and mix them up, you will feel very special taste.
6. The old space of the ancient Vigan city
Vigan is a town in the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Philippines. The Vigan town is recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage because this is a city, which used to be a colony of Spain, still remains intact in Asia. The winding cobbled roads, the tilted roof with the unique architectural styles of Baroque along with the lifestyle of local people ... all blend together and create a separate cultural identity of Vigan.
