The spectacular natural pools in the world

There's nothing like being immersed in the cool and clear lakes, in the middle of beautiful nature on a hot summer day. The natural pools are like the heaven on earth.

To Sua Trench, Lotofaga, Samoa: This 30-meter-deep clear lake which is situated amidst the blue mountain and the green forest is known as the most beautiful natural pool in the world. A series of canals linking with the South Pacific make the lake never dried up. Photo: Atbreak.

Pamukkale, Denizli, Turkey: Pamukkale means the "cotton castle". This name comes from the fanciful white color of the cliffs formed by hot springs in southwestern Turkey. Ik Kil, Yucatán, Mexico: Known as the "Green sacred sinkholes", this particular lake has a strange attraction to tourists. Even the way down the lake also offer exciting experiences, tourists have to wriggle through the vines and tropical plants, with the sound of birds that are chirping. Giola, Thassos Island, Greece: On the island of beautiful Thassos, a unique lake named Giola attracts many visitors. Giola is like a magnificent jewel which is attached to the cliff, with blue waters, and in a separate location. Devil's Pool, Victoria Falls, Zambia: This swimming pool is close to the edge waterfall - Vitoria, along the Zambezi River on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. In the dry season, the water in the swimming pool of the Devil is lower enough for tourists to swim out to the edge of the falls and look down from a height of 90 m. Magical river, Mindanao, Philippines: Hinatuan River, also called as "magical river" by the local people because its water seems to flow out from the ground, is a saltwater river. Blue, cool and limpid waters invite guests. Water is so clear and fresh that you just want to soak in it all day. This place is like a natural aquarium tank because there are many fish species appearing around you.

Tat Kuang Si Waterfall, Luang Prabang, Laos: Nothing dispels the heat in Laos more than dropping into the strangely blue waters of the falls - Tat Kuang Si. The falls create small natural pools before flowing into the lake, where visitors can swing with rope, swim, and play. This waterfall is a place not to be missed when you visit Laos. Las Grietas, Puerto Ayora, Ecuador: This is a canyon which was created by the lava. Both saltwater and freshwater flow into the canyon, creating a natural pool with the temperature maintained at 18-20 degrees Celsius.
